 હું ડોક્ટર ભૌમિક ઉપાધ્યાય આજે તમને moot court ભણાવીશ આમ તો મુજકો જણાવો સામાન્ય બાબત છે પરંતુ જ્યારે આપણે મુટ કોટ ની ચર્ચા કેવી રીતે ટૂંકા પ્રશ્નો પુછાશે એના માટે કરતા હોય ને ત્યારે અઘરો વિષય બની જાય છે ઉત્તર ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી સિલેબસની જ્યાં સુધી વાત છે ત્યાં સુધી તો મુટ કોટ ની શરૂઆત ના પહેલા ચેપ્ટર માં સારું ચલ અદાલતની બીજું હુકુમ તો ની વાત કરેલી છે એટલે હું એવું માનીને ચાલુ છું કે એ કાજુ પ્રશ્ન સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતની હુકુમત માંથી આવશે સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતની હુકુમત વિશે ભારતીય બંધારણના અનુચ્છેદ 131 થી ચર્ચાની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવી છે ભારતીય બંધારણનું અનુચ્છેદ 129 મુજબ એવું સ્પષ્ટ શબ્દોમાં લખેલુ છે કે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ court of record સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ---- કોર્ટ ઓફ રેકોર્ડ એનો મતલબ એ થાય છે કે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ ભારતની sarvoch adalat તો છે જ પરંતુ એની સત્તામાં પણ ક્યારે આ આર્ટિકલમાં જણાવ્યું છે તેથી ઓછી કરી શકાય નહીં એના પછીના તૈયારીમાં એના પછીના તૈયારીમાં 131એના પછીના તૈયારીમાં 131 ના અનુચ્છેદ મા સ્પષ્ટપણે જણાવવામાં આવ્યું છે કે સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતની મૌલિક અને અંગ્રેજી ભાષામાં original jurisdiction કહેવામાં આવે છ...
